This is quick illustration I drew 4 days ago. For some reason the concept of friendships and relationships was in my mind all day long. While I was walking around the garden, playing with my cats, all of a sudden I felt so joyful and humble, and most of all lucky for I have been given the chance to stand outside, surrounded by trees, fields, birds and flowers... I looked up to the clearest sky and thanked god for being alive, for being healthy, for all that he created and gave me, and most especially for my friends!
I know it's kind of corny, but I'm just being honest... I went back inside the house, and got working on this drawing of 2 best friends... I'm dedicating it for one of my true best friends who's been with me through thick and thin, and is a great person and a great artist (check her gallery and see for yourself!)  this one is for you!  -------------------------- Painter Classic and Photoshop CS2 "David Kawena" 2008 |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
