Head model sheet for the character of "Beast" from the production the short film "Lady Ice".
I gotta say, Beast, is one my original character designs that I was most proud of! I still love him a lot, and I had a blast working on him - it is so cool and different to work on animals then humans. And I draw humans a lot, this was a real blast, and I loved every minute of it. Also it is a made up animal, a mix of a bear and a wolf, or something, so I could play along with it... This is a Model Sheet for the animator who animates the character to use as a reference while animating and to make sure they stay on model.  -------------------------------- All characters designs are original creations, and belongs to David Kawena (me). Any use of these characters or their likeness without permission from me (the artist/creator) is prohibited by law. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
